摘　　要：针对某特钢步进底室式加热炉在生产过程中存在断面温差大的问题,给出改造措施意见。改造后的炉底采用莫来石垫块高架导轨和硅酸铝耐火纤维制品相结合的复合式炉底结构。通过改造,钢坯加热质量显著提高,加热后断面温差满足了生产工艺要求。For chamber furnace in the production process section large temperature difference between the transformation of the measures,after the transformation of the hearth with a combination of mullite the pad elevated rail and silimanite fibre refractry products complex hearth structure.Through this transformation,significantly improved the quality of billet heating,the temperature difference between section to meet the requirements of production process.
