跌倒安全管理路径对住院患者跌倒预防认知度和满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨《住院患者跌倒预防临床实践指南》在临床试点应用,实施针对性、个体化的跌倒安全管理路径,对住院患者跌倒预防认知度和预防措施满意度的影响分析。方法:选取住院患者518例,随机分为对照组和试验组,调查分析两组住院患者跌倒预防认知度和预防措施满意度差异;结果:对照组和试验组跌倒预防认知度总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组和试验组跌倒预防措施满意度总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:依据《住院患者跌倒预防临床实践指南》相关证据,建立实施住院患者针对性、个体化的跌倒安全管理路径可提高住院患者对跌倒预防认知度和预防措施满意度,加强住院患者跌倒自我防范意识,做好跌倒自我安全管理,保障护理安全。Objective： To evaluate the effect of the individualized safety management path on the awareness and satisfaction of fall prevention in inpatient. Methods： 518 cases of inpatients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, the differences of awareness and satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed. Results： The differences of fall prevention awareness score and satisfaction score between the two groups were both statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The individual falls security management path based on Inpatient Fall Prevention Clinical Practice Guidelines can improve inpatients＇ awareness and satisfaction of fall prevention, promote them self-management and ensure nursing safety.
