摘 要:采用熔融纺丝法制备高密度聚乙烯/埃洛石(HDPE/HNTs)复合纤维。研究纺丝过程中拉伸速率和HNTs对熔纺HDPE/HNTs复合纤维的结晶和取向行为的影响。结果表明:随着拉伸速率的升高,HDPE/HNTs复合纤维的结晶度和长周期减小,而随着HNTs的质量分数增加有所增大,分子链取向度逐渐增大,同时HNTs能够促进分子链的取向,片晶取向度逐渐增大,片晶扭曲程度逐渐降低,同时HNTs的加入能够限制片晶的扭曲。HDPE/HNTs composite fibers were fabricated by melt spinning method. The effects of take- up velocity and HNTs on crystallization and orientation of HDPE/HNTs composite fibers were studied. The results show that the crystallinity and long period decrease with the increasing of take-up velocity, but increase with the mass fraction of HNTs. Molecular orientation increases gradually with the increasing of take-up velocity and the mass fraction of HNTs. Orientation of lamellar is improved by the increasing of take-up velocity, and the twisting of lamellar reduces accordingly. Lamellar twisting is further declined with the incorporation of HNTs.
