摘  要:分别将未经酸刻蚀处理和酸刻蚀处理的无碱玻璃纤维(E-GF)引入等规聚丙烯(iPP)熔体中制备复合试样。利用偏光显微镜(POM)和带有能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDS)分别研究复合体系界面结晶行为及界面β横晶形成的因素。结果表明:酸刻蚀处理的GF/iPP复合体系等温结晶时在界面产生β横晶;β横晶的产生与GF表面的酸刻蚀处理以及制样过程中引入的剪切应力有关。The composites were prepared by introducing E-glass fiber (E-GF) with and without acid corrosion into isotaetic polypropylene (iPP). The interracial crystalline behavior was studied by means of polarized optical microscopy (POM), and the formation of β-transcrystallization were analyzed via scanning eleetron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray speeroseopy (SEM/EDS). The results show that β-transcrystallization is induced at the interface of acid-corroded GF/iPP composite under isothermal crystallization. The formation of β-transerystallization is related to the add-corrosion process on GF surface as well as the shear stress during sample preparation.
