摘　　要：结合不同种类与发展模式的公路客运站的经济属性和供给机制,分析与其相适应的融资形式,并界定了融资主体,得出公路客运站的建设融资特征,对解决公路客运站建设融资难问题有一定的指导意义。Combining with economic attributes and supply mechanism of different types and development model of highway passenger station, this paper analyzes financing forms adapting itself, defines financing body, and draws the financing characteristics of highway passenger station construction, which has some certain guiding significance to solve the financing problem of highway passenger station construction.
