黑龙江地区女性年龄对皮肤水分及pH值的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黑龙江地区女性皮肤水分和pH值与年龄的关系。方法:选取77名女性志愿者,按照年龄分成六组,并检测每一组不同部位的皮肤水分和pH值。结果:与21～27组相比,随着年龄的增加,水分值逐渐减少,在42岁以后最为明显,存在显著性差异和极显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01),并且出面颊部无明显变化外,其它部位的水分值都明显减少;与55～73组相比pH值随着年龄的减小在不断的减小,并且均存在显著性差异和极显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:年龄不同对皮肤水分和pH值的影响也不同。Objective The paper aims to study the relationship of women skin＇s water,pH value and age in HeiLongjiang Province. Methods 77 female volunteers were chosen,they were classified into 6 groups according to age,and the amounts of skin＇s water and pH value on the different parts were detected. Results The value of water diminishes gradually according to the age increasing in contrast to 21 N27 groups,significant difference after the age of 42 is the most obvious,significant difference and the more significant difference exist （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,the value of water on cheek has no significant change,while the value of water on the other parts diminish obviously,the pH value reduces gradually according to the age reducing in contrast to 55-73 group, significant difference and the more significant difference exist （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. Conclusion The different ages influence the skin＇s water and pH value differently.
