注射用透明质酸填充剂混入利多卡因以减轻疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在透明质酸(HA)填充剂中混入利多卡因注射液以减轻疼痛的有效性及安全性。方法:120例接受HA填充剂注射矫正鼻唇沟皱褶的求美者,72例接受HA填充剂+利多卡因注射液混合剂注射,48例仅接受HA填充剂注射,治疗后进行疼痛视觉模拟评分,同时评价疼痛耐受满意率,随访2周观察注射部位局部反应,比较两组差异。结果:HA填充剂混入及不混入利多卡因注射,疼痛评分分别为(2.93±0.97)和(5.15±0.90),疼痛耐受满意率分别为94.4%和45.8%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射后均可能出现短期的与注射相关的局部反应,可自行缓解,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在HA填充剂中混入利多卡因注射液后进行填充治疗可以明显减轻求美者疼痛,提高满意率,并且不增加局部不良反应发生率及持续时间。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of injectable HA filler mixed with lidocaine to relieve the pain.Methods 120 cases received HA filler injection correction of nasolabial folds.72 cases received HA filler with lidocaine injection,and 48 cases received HA filler without lidocaine injection.Injection site pain was measured using a visual analogue score after injection between the two groups.Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate was evaluated.Follow-up 2 weeks,severity and duration of local reactions at the injection site were also evaluated.Results There was less pain associated with the HA filler with lidocaine than with the same HA filler without lidocaine after injection(P<0.05).Both fillers were well tolerated,without serious adverse events.There was no difference in severity and duration of local reactions at the injection site.Conclusion Addition of lidocaine to HA filler resulted in significantly less pain associated with the procedure without compromising outcomes.
