伊曲康唑胶囊联合液氮冷冻治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察伊曲康唑胶囊联合液氮冷冻治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将110例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组:58例,给予伊曲康唑胶囊200mg,每天1次,治疗2周,联合液氮冷冻治疗,外用炉甘石洗剂治疗4周;对照组:52例,给予口服伊曲康唑胶囊200mg,每天1次,治疗2周,外用炉甘石洗剂4周。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组痊愈率25.86%,有效率62.07%;对照组痊愈率13.46%,有效率44.23%。两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.5084,P=0.0611)。治疗4周后,治疗组痊愈率为46.55%,有效率为86.21%;对照组痊愈率为30.77%,有效率为67.31%,两组有效率比较差异显著(χ2=4.5522,P=0.0329),两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:伊曲康唑胶囊联合液氮冷冻治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of itraconazole combine with liquid nitrogen in treatment of malassezia folliculitis. Methods One hundred and ten cases with malassezia folliculitis were divided into treatment group and control group at randomly. Fifty-eight patients in the treatment group were treated with itrocnazole orally 200mg once daily for 2 weeks, topical treated with liquid nitrogen and calamine lotion for 4 weeks. Fifty-two patients in the control group were treated with itrocnazole orally 200mg once daily for 2 weeks, topical treated with calamine lotion for 4 weeks. Results The cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were46.55% and 86.21%, respectively. The cure rate and effective rate in the control group were 30.77% and 67.31%. The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were statistically significant higher than that of the control group （X2=4.5522,P= 0.0329）.No marked side effects were observed in 2 groups. Conclusion Our results showed that itraconazole combine with liquid nitrogen in treatment of malassezia folliculitis are efficacy and safety.
