重睑术合并内眦赘皮矫正术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床中合并内眦赘皮单睑的修复方法。方法:内眦赘皮采用横切竖缝法进行矫正的同时行切开法重睑成形术。结果:55例患者术后6～24个月随访,48例效果满意,7例欠佳。结论:同期矫正内眦赘皮及单睑效果满意,操作容易。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a simple and effective method for correction of epicanthus and double-eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods 55 patients wer firstly corrected epicanthus by the transverse-one＇s procedure,followed by conventional incision blepharoplasty.The follow up time is from 6 months to 24 months. Results 48 cases satisfied with the aesthetic results while 7 cases not. Conclusion This is a simple and effective operative procedure with good results.
