摘 要:目的:通过动物实验观察珍石烧伤膏促进创面愈合情况,探究珍石烧伤膏治疗烧伤的作用机制及为指导临床治疗提供实验依据。方法:将78只wistar大鼠随机分为模型组(72只)及正常对照组(6只),模型组背部行深Ⅱ°烧伤后分3组:A组为同体对照,右侧创面涂珍石烧伤膏,左侧对照创面直接用凡士林油纱覆盖包扎。B组背部创面全部涂珍石烧伤膏。C组凡士林油纱覆盖。观察每组创面愈合程度、创面组织病理学变化、胶原的变化和羟脯氨酸含量。结果:珍石组大鼠不同时间点的创面愈合率均高于对照组(P<0.05),愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05),愈合创面上皮化程度好于对照组,胶原分布规律,羟脯氨酸含量明显高于对照组。结论:珍石烧伤膏通过促进上皮细胞生长,刺激羟脯氨酸表达,调节胶原合成,减少瘢痕形成等机制促进伤口愈合。Objective To explore the mechanism of action to treat the burn wound by zhenshi burn ointment and to provide experimental evidence to guide the clinical treatment,which was based on the experimental observation of animal about Zhenshi burn ointment promoted wound healing. Methods 78 Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group (72rats) and normal control group (6rats).72 Wistar rats whose back being burned deep second degree were randomly divided into 3 groups. In group D, 6 normal rats were selected.In group A, the right side of wounds were the experimental group, the left side of wounds were the control group.The wounds of experimental group were allocated for treatment with zhenshi burn ointment. The wounds of control group were treated with Vaseline pledget. In group B, all the wounds were allocated for treatment with zhenshi burn ointment. In group C, all the wounds were allocated for treatment with Vaseline pledget. To observe the wound healing of wound, the pathological changes, collagen changes and hydroxyproline content. Results Zhenshi group rats'wound healing rate at different time points of was higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05) ,the healing time was shortened obviously (P〈0.05), wound healing of epithelium degree was better than that of the control group, the collagen distribution was higher than that of the control group, Hydroxyproline content was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Zhenshi burn ointment significantly promoted wound healing and reduced the scar formation by stimulating the expression of hydroxyproline, regulating collagen synthesis and the growth of epithelial cells in the wound.
