摘　　要：目的总结批量重度烧伤患者在不分流情况下的救治经验,为各种突发事件中伤员救治的组织和协调提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2009年在救治成都"6.5"公交车燃烧事件中16例重度烧伤患者的组织和协调经验。结果采用多单位联合就地救治的的模式,结合早期救治和康复一体化的治疗理念,在有效组织和协调下,伤员的救治工作取得了圆满成功,抢救成功率达93.75%,并最大限度地减少/减轻了伤残率。结论分流救治是国际上治疗批量重度烧伤患者惯例,但考虑到本次伤员的特点,我院采用了多单位联合就地救治的新模式,取得了满意的救治效果。果断作出就地救治的决策是救治成功的关键,而其中高效的协调、科学分组和个体化治疗则是救治成功的重要保证。Objective To summarize the organizing and coordination experience of treatment of mass severe burns patients in a hospital through the combination of multiple units and provide a reference for the rescue of mass burn wounds. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the experience of the organizing and coordination in the rescue of 16 patients with severe bums. Results All patients were treated in a hospital and multiple units took part in the treatment. The integration concept of early treatment and rehabilitation was adopted. Under effective organizing and coordination, successful rescue result was achieved, and the success rate of rescue was 93.75%. Conclusion Mass severe bum patients can be successfully rescued in a hospital through the combination of multiple units. The key to successful rescue is the firm decision to rescue in a hospital, and the important guarantee for the successful rescue includes efficient coordination, scientific organizing, and individualized treatment.
