摘　　要：目的探讨髓芯减压、自体干细胞移植联合中药治疗早中期股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的疗效。方法早中期ANFH患者126例200髋,根据ARCO的国际骨坏死分期标准,Ⅰ期48髋,Ⅱ期126髋,Ⅲ期26髋。采用髓芯减压、自体干细胞移植联合自拟的活骨1号或2号方治疗,进行治疗前后X片、CT片观察和髋关节Harris评分的对比分析。结果 Harris评分术前为(58.56±5.20)分,术后1年为(80.34±6.40)分,治疗前后髋关节Harris评分有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论髓芯减压、自体干细胞移植联合中药治疗早中期股骨头缺血性坏死具有明显疗效。Objective To explore the curative effects of combination of core decompression, autologous peripheral blood stem cells （APBSC）transplantation, and traditional Chinese medicines on early and middle stage avaseular necrosis of femoral head （ANFH）. Methods There were 200 hips from the 126 patients of early or middle stage ANFH. According to the ARCO classification,48 hips belonged to phase I, 126 ones to phase 1/ ,and 26 ones to phase m. Core decompression, the APBSC transplantation, and self-made No one or two TCM prescription were used in the treatment. Comparative analysis was made on the X-ray films, CT films, and Harris score of hip joint before and after the treatment. Results The Harris score was （58.56 ± 5.20） points before the treatment and （ 80.34 ± 6.40） one year after the treatment. The difference was very significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Core decompression combined with the transplantation of autologous peripheral blood stem cells plus traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect on ANFH.
