摘　　要：目的建立胃肠舒片的溶出度检测方法并考察其溶出度。方法参考2010年版《中国药典(二部)》附录溶出度测定法,以0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液为溶出介质,转速为100 r/min,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法检测胃肠舒片中的5种大黄蒽醌以及柚皮苷的含量,计算多种指标累积溶出度。结果建立的高效液相色谱法符合测定要求。检测物质在2 h内溶出均能达到75%以上。结论该方法简单、快捷、准确,重现性好,可用于胃肠舒片的溶出度测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the dissolution determination of Weichangshu Tablet.Methods The experiment was conducted according to the second method for the dissolution determination in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（edition 2010）.With 0.5%SDS aqueous solution as the solvent and the rotating speed at 100 r/min,the HPLC method was adopted to detect the contents of 5 kinds of anthraquinones and naringin.The accumulative dissolution rate of multiple indexes was calculated.Results The established HPLC method met the detection requirement.The dissolution of the detected materials reached above 75%within 2 h.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,rapid,reproducible and suitable for the determination of the dissolution rate in Weichangshu Tablet.
