摘　　要：目的提高药师专业素质,促进合理用药。方法对医院2011年439例次患者用药咨询情况进行回顾性分析,并重点分析其中的典型案例。结果咨询药品用法用量占28.70%,特殊人群用药占21.41%,药品不良反应占20.73%。结论开展用药咨询有助医、药、患三者沟通,提高药学服务质量和药师素质,保证用药安全有效。Objective To increase the professional quality of pharmacists for promoting rational drug use.Methods Four hundred and thirty-nine case-times of medication consultation in our hospital during 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,in which the typical cases as the emphasis were analyzed.Results The usage and dosage of drugs in the medication consultation accounted for 28.70%,the special-population medication accounted for 21.41%and adverse drug reactions accounted for 20.73%.Conclusion Developing the medication consultation is conducive to the communication among doctors,pharmacists and patients,increase the quality of pharmacy services and the pharmacist quality,and ensure the medication safety.
