补中益气汤联合四神丸加减治疗老年大肠癌术后腹泻18例

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气汤联合四神丸加减治疗老年大肠癌术后腹泻的临床疗效。方法将36例老年大肠癌术后腹泻的患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊及双歧三联活菌胶囊,治疗组予补中益气汤合四神丸加减,均治疗2周后评价疗效。观察腹泻症状改善及卡氏生活质量评分(KPS)评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05);KPS评分提高率为72.22%,也高于对照组的38.89%(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤合四神丸加减治疗老年大肠癌术后腹泻疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Sishen Pills for treating diarrhea in old patients after colorectal cancer operation. Methods 36 elderly patients with diarrhea after colorcctal cancer operation were randomly di- vided into the treatment group and the control group with 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Loperamide Hy- drochloride Capsules and Bifid Triple Viable Capsule,while the treatment group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Sishen Pills. The clinical efficacy and the Karnofsky Performance Scale （KPS） scores were evaluated after treatment of two weeks. Results The total effective rate was 88.9% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 50. 00% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The increase rate of the KPS scores the treatment group was 72.22% , which also was significantly higher than 38. 89% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified Modified Bnzhong Yiqi Decoction and Sishen Pills are effective in treating diarrhea in the aged patients after colorectal cancer operation and worthy of clinical generalization.
