单磷酸阿糖腺苷配合三黄地丁洗方治疗男性生殖器疱疹74例

摘　　要：目的观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷及中药外洗治疗男性生殖器疱疹的效果。方法选取生殖器疱疹患者74例,采用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷400 mg臀部肌肉注射,配合中药三黄地丁洗方清洗外阴,每天1次,疗程10 d。观察记录水疱等皮损停止产生、疼痛缓解、完全结痂、皮损消失的时间及复发情况。结果单磷酸阿糖腺苷肌肉注射配合中药外洗方清洗外阴能快速消除患者临床症状,且复发率低。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷及中药外洗方治疗男性生殖器疱疹安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of vidarabine monophosphate and the Chinese traditional medicine external lotion in treating male genital herpes. Methods Seventy- four cases of genital herpes were given vidarabine monophosphate 400 mg by buttock intramus- eular injection, once a day, cooperated with Chinese medicine Sanhuangdiding Lotion for washing vulva, once a day, with a treatment course of 10 d. Blister skin lesions stopping to produce,pain relief, completely scabby,time of skin lesions disappearance and recurrence were observed and recorded. Results Vidarabine monophosphate cooperated with Chinese traditional medicine external lotion for washing vulva could quickly eliminate the clinical symptoms with low recurrence rate. Conclusion Vidarabine monophosphate combined with tra- ditional Chinese medicine external lotion is safe and effective to treat male genital herpes and worthy of being clinically promoted.
