摘 要:基于收集的大量国外已建内陆核电站实际运行的实测低放射性废液排放资料,分析研究了内陆核电站低放射性废液及废气对水质的影响途径、放射性核素对受纳水体水质的影响,分析得出内陆核电站正常工况下低放废液的排放对水质影响较小的初步结果。结合实例,计算分析国内拟建内陆核电站低放废液排放后对水质的影响,提出相应预防措施,最后针对我国内陆核电的规划布局,对有关问题进行了探讨。Based on analyzing the running conditions of many foreign inland nuclear power plants and measured discharge data of their low - level radioactive effluents, this paper discussed how the low -level radioactive effluents could influence the surface water quality under normal operation condition. The result showed that the discharge of low - level radioactive effluents only had little influence on the quality of surrounding water under normal operation condition. Combined with practical examples, the influence to the surface water quality of low - level radioactive effluents discharged from a domestic nuclear power station is calculated, and then the prevention measures are proposed. Some relevant questions regarding the future layout of our national inland nuclear power plants were discussed at last.
