摘　　要：在当今世界上,不论是发达国家还是发展中国家都存在腐败问题。因此,有效预防和惩治腐败就成了世界各国共同面临的紧迫任务。以建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系为着眼点,以景德镇市为例探讨依法治国背景下如何推进惩防腐败体系建设,从而促进反腐败工作的进一步深化。In today＇s world, both the developed countries and the developing countries have the problems of corruption. So how to prevent and punish corruption effectively becomes an urgent task for all the countries in the world. Focusing on the establishment of a sound system to punish and prevent corruption, and taking Jingdezhen as an example, this thesis tries to probe into ways to promote the construction of a system to punish and prevent corruption under the rule of law, so as to boost the further deepening of the anti-corruption work.
