摘　　要：近代华北是值得认真研究的领域,《河北广播电视大学学报》于2011年初开辟了"近代华北历史文化"专栏,为该领域的学者发表学术见解、进行学术交流、探讨学术研究提供了绝好的平台,并且为整合优质研究资源提供了良好的渠道。"近代华北历史文化"专栏取得了丰硕的研究成果,研究范围涉及到清末民初和抗日战争这两个社会多变、事件多发时期的方方面面,其中对近代华北人物、农村与城市的研究具有独特之处。Modern North area is worthy of serious study. Journal of Hebei Radio and TV University at the beginning of 2011 opened up the column designed to collect the research results in the field of ＂mod- ern history and culture in North China＂, providing the perfect platform for publishing academic insights for scholars, carrying academic exchanges and researches. It also provides a good channel for the integration of high-quality research resources. The column has achieved fruitful results, covering all aspects over the two changing social event multiple times from the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China to the War of Resistance Against Japan, which has a unique place on the research of modern North historical figures and rural and urban development.
