摘　　要：苏里格气田集输中生成的水合物易堵塞阀门及分离器入口、管道弯头及三通处,严重时会影响天然气的集输流程。为此,采用重力式加注水合物生成抑制剂撬装装置,可以合理解决水合物生成的问题。该装置是在井站利用液体自身重力把抑制剂加注到管道中,以降低天然气水合物的形成温度,有效防止水合物在输气管道中的生成。In gas gathering and transportation of Sulige gas-field,hydrate may easily block valve,entrance of separator,pipeline elbow and tee joint. So,a skid-mounted unit of gravity infilling hydrate to form inhibitor is used to solve such problem as hydrate formation. This unit is to infill inhibitor into pipelines through solid self gravity in order to decrease a forming temperature of gas hydrate and to effectively prevent its formation from pipelines.
