摘 要:为科学、合理地预测油田钻井液费用,在对历史井调研的基础上,提出了用钻井液费用定额预测单井钻井液费用的方法,建立了钻井液费用定额编制流程,并将钻井液费用定额编制方法应用于某油田区块已钻定向井的钻井液费用测算中。认为钻井液费用定额的编制要以历史井数据的统计分析为基础,根据定额编制的平均性原则对数据进行处理,并考虑区块地质、钻井工艺等因素的影响。Drilling fluid cost quota programme might be an effective way to predict drilling fluid cost of the single well. In order to make scientific and reasonable forecasting on oilfield drilling fluid costs,based on investigation and research on history data,the compiling process of drilling fluid cost quota was established. Afterwards,this drilling fluid cost quota establishment method then has been applied in a directional well of this oil field to estimate its drilling costs. The research shows that some key points as follows should be stressed during drilling fluid cost quota compilation:(a) quota compiling based on the statistical analysis of historical well data;(b)data processing according to the average principles of quota compilation;(c)considering affects caused by geological conditions of the block,drilling process and so on.
