摘　　要：目的　提高对肺炎支原体肺炎并发冷凝集素病的认识 ,探讨其诊疗方法。方法　回顾分析 3例临床病例 ,并结合文献复习。结果　 3例急性呼吸道感染患者 ,同时伴有溶血和微血管内血流淤滞表现 ,最后诊断为肺炎支原体肺炎并发冷凝集素病 ,经抗炎及血浆置换治疗效果满意。　结论肺炎支原体肺炎患者如伴有溶血和微血管淤滞表现 ,应高度怀疑合并冷凝集素病 ,实验室检查可以确诊 ,综合治疗加血浆置换术为有效治疗手段。Objective To study the Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) with cold agglutinin disease (CAD) and inquire into its diagnosis and treatment Methods 3 report of cases and literature were reviewed Results Accompanying with hemolysis and microcirculatory retardation, 3 patients with acute respiratory infection were finally diagnosed MP with CAD Antimicrobial therapy and plasmapheresis showed favorable effect Conclusions MP patients would be highly suspected to be associated with CAD, if accompanying with hemolysis and microcirculatory retardation Laboratory examinations are helpful for diagnosis On the basis of combined therapy, plasmapheresis is effective
