摘 要:针对大规模风电接入给内蒙古电网带来的风电消纳问题,分析了风电并网对电网电压、暂态及频率稳定性,风电场短路电流、谐波对电网保护以及风电对系统备用容量和调度调峰的影响。结合内蒙古风电发展的实际情况,提出提高风电消纳能力的方法建议,即利用分布式能源互补、储能协调相关技术提高风电并网的友好性,以及通过增强风机并网特性和风电调度运行能力,更好地提高风电并网的安全性。For the present situation that large-scale wind power integration into Inner Mongolia grid will bring new problems to the wind power accommodation, the impacts of wind power integration on the operation of power grid were analysed from different aspects, including the impacts of wind power integration on voltage stability, transient stability and frequency stability of power systems, the interference with relaying protection from short-circuit currents and harmonic of power system, and the impacts of power integration on system reserve capacities and peak load regulation demand. Based on the analysis of the wind power developmental characteristics in Inner Mongolia, some measures were proposed to improve the wind power accommodation, such as building grid friendly wind power plants by utilizing the distributed energy system and energy storage technologies, or improving the security level of wind power integration through the optimization of grid-connected operation characteristics of wind turbine and the wind power dispatching operation.
