摘 要:在电网调度层面,可以利用SCADA系统、继电保护及故障信息系统等多数据源信息实现故障诊断在线应用,对此,提出了利用故障录波数据进行电网故障诊断的具体方法。首先从整体上对如何使用故障录波数据进行故障诊断的流程进行了分析,在此基础上应用分阶段故障诊断的思想,对原有的模拟故障录波方法在确定故障时间、故障类型、故障方向以及故障设备等方面的不足进行分析并提出改进方法。最后,以某地区电网220 kV盘古石变电站发生的故障为例,通过VC++6.0编程验证改进后的故障诊断方法和流程,故障诊断结果符合实际情况,验证了该诊断方法的正确性和有效性。In the scheduling layer of power grid, it is possible to make practical use of the online application of the fault diagnosis which can take advantage of the SCADA system, relay protection and fault information system such as multi-data source information. Based on fault recorder data, a method for grid fault diagnosis is presented in this paper. First, the flow of fault diagnosis which based on fault recorder data are analyzed in detail, Then, based on the concept of the fault diagnosis of the multi-stage, it is presents and improves the method for determining the time to failure, fault type, fault direction and fault equipment. Finally, the paper realize the fault diagnosis method by VC++6.0 programing. The simulation result is consistent with the actually expected situation, and it proved that the method is corrective and valid.
