摘　　要：为了防止锅炉热力设备的腐蚀,内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司采用内蒙古电力科学研究院研制的专用型在线式工业离子色谱分析测量装置对1号、2号锅炉炉水质量进行在线测量。在线式工业离子色谱分析测量装置主要由样品制备系统、恒温系统、检测系统、自动校准系统和数据处理系统组成,可同时对炉水的比电导率、氢电导率、总盐质量分数、阴离子质量分数等指标进行在线测量。该装置在内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司已投运半年多,运行一直稳定,并通过分析比对测量数据,证明该装置测量结果准确,对提高机组的技术监督水平可起到积极的作用。To prevent the corrosion behavior of thermal power equipment, Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd. utilizes online ion chromatography for industrial application developed by Inner Mongolia Electric Power Science and Research Institute to continuously perform the on-line measurement of water quality of boiler 1 and boiler 2. This device comprised of preparation systems, constant thermal systems, detection systems, automatic calibration systems and data processing systems could be used to respectively measure specific conductivity, hydrogen conductivity, the mass fraction of the total salt and anion mass fraction on the spot. During six months, these measurement systems could provide accurate data compared to other analysis methods and had maintained safe and stable operation, which was powerful guarantee for improving the technical supervision level of the unit.
