摘 要:分析了仰斜开采孤岛工作面煤壁片帮的机理,在此基础上制定了防治方案,其次通过钻孔窥视及超声检测技术对所实施的方案进行了检测,肯定了浆液对煤壁加固的效果,但同时发现此注浆方案对煤壁的加固范围不能满足单个日进度,从而又提出了注浆优化方案,补充了原方案的不足。研究结果表明,煤炭开采中首先选择避开孤岛面和大倾角仰斜开采,否则需采用合理有效的注浆加固方案。The mechanism of coal wall spalling in isolated up-dip mining face is analyzed, based on which, the paper puts forward a scheme to prevent that phenomenon, and then, the implementation of it is tested through borehole peering and ultrasonic detecting technology, and the grouting reinforcement effect is affirmed. But meanwhile, it is found that the reinforced scope of the coal wall under the grouting scheme can't satisfy the daily progress, so, an optimization scheme is proposed to make up for the deficiency of the original one. The research result shows that in coal mining, the isolated face and up-dip mining with large inclined angle should be avoi- ded first, or, the reasonable and effective grouting reinforcement scheme will be essential.
