摘  要:42只 SD大鼠 ,分为对照组、假手术组、手术组 ,Feeney' s自由落体撞击伤方法成功建立了创伤性脑损伤模型 ,并测定了脑组织匀浆不同时期超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)丙二醛 ( MDA)的含量改变 ,和脑组织含水量的变化 ,同时测定了血浆 MDA的含量改变。结果 :脑外伤后脑组织匀浆 MDA血浆 MDA及脑组织含水量均升高 ,而脑组织匀浆 SOD降低 ,P<0 .0 5。脑组织含水量与脑组织匀浆 MDA、SOD分别呈正、负相关关系。提示 :脑外伤后确曾发生明显的脂质过氧化反应 ,并与脑水肿互为因果关系。早期补充外源性自由基能减轻脑外伤继发性损害。Forty-two SD rats were used and divided into three groups:normal controls,pseudooperation group and operation group.Cerebral contusion was produced by dropping weight.The traumatic brain injury model was built successfully and contents of SOD and MDA in cerebral contusion tissue were measured.Results:show that MDA values of the traumatic right hemisphere were siginificantly higher than that of the normal control group and pseudooperation group.SOD activity of the traumatic hemisphere was lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).It suggests that lipid peroxidation took place in the traumatic cerebrum,and free radicals played the role in tissue damage due to ischemia and bleeding.Values of plasama MDA in stroke rats also damaged siginificantly after brain injury.These findings show that lipid peroxidation maybe take place not only in brain but also in other parts of the body after traumatic brain injury. [
