“阻育丸”对雌性大鼠绝育效果的初步实验观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药制剂“阻育丸”对雌性 SD大鼠的绝育效果。方法 :对同组 SD大鼠进行自身对比观察。根据祖传秘方(单方 )制成中药制剂“阻育丸”。选择 4月龄雌性 SD大鼠 40只 ,根据阴道涂片检查结果 ,确定动情周期 1次顿服“阻育丸”3 .75 g/ kg体重 ,并将 SD大鼠雌雄按 3∶ 1比例合笼 ,将服药前及服药后妊娠百分率及每次妊娠胚胎数进行比较。结果 :服用“阻育丸”后 ,妊娠率由服药前的 10 0 %下降为 12 .5 %,绝育率达 87.5 %,每次妊娠胚胎数由服药前平均 10 .75胎 /次 ,下降为平均 2 .3 4胎 /次。结论 :“阻育丸”在绝育方面是一种较安全、方便、价廉、有效的药物 ,值得进一步研究和推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of the sterilization of 'Sterilization pill' on the femal SD rat.Methods:To contrast the same team female SD rat with themselves.Sterilization pill was a chinese medicine which was made with the ancestor recipe.Forty female four-month-old SD rat were selected to give 'ZU Yue Wan' 3.75g/kg one time durng the experiment.Then together them with male SD rat on the of 3∶1.To compare the pregnaney percentage and embryo number per pregnancy after giving pills with that before giving pills.Results:After giving sterilization pill,the pregnancy rate decreased from 100% to 12.5%;the sterilization rate was 87.5%;the per embryo decreased from 10.75 to 2.34 on overage.Conclusions:'Sterilization pill' was a kind of safe,facility,cheap,effect medicine in the sterilization,it deserve to be studied deeply and applied extensively. [
