摘  要:作为焦作矿区的新建矿井,赵固二矿底板富水性强,水压大,隔水层薄,严重影响工作面安全生产。为了保证工作面安全生产,在简单分析试验工作面概况的基础上,提出了底板加固技术及其具体的技术指标,设计了"分散制浆、细管输浆、双重固管防喷、反复透孔注浆"的超高压注浆方法,直流电法探测结果表明,注浆对底板加固改造效果理想,该成果对高水压工作面注浆加固具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。As a new constructed mine in Jiaozuo Mining Area, the floor in Zhaogu No. 2 Mine was high in watery, high in water pressure and thin in water isolated layer seriously affected to the safety production of the coal mining face. In order to ensure the safety production of the coal mining face, base on a simple analysis on the conditions of the trial coal mining face, a floor reinforcement technology and the certain technical indexes were provided and a extra - high pressure grouting method with "a separated grout preparation, fine tube transportation, double tubing for grouting blowout, repeated grouting" was designed. The survey results of the DC method showed that the floor reinforcement and reconstruction effect by the grouting was rational and the results would have certain references value and guidance significances to the grouting reinforcement of the high water pressure coal mining face.
