摘 要:为解决选煤厂煤质变化带来的重介系统生产环境恶化问题,提出了增加粗煤泥分选系统方案。在综合比较螺旋分选机、煤泥重介旋流器和TBS各自分选特点的基础上,结合选煤厂实际生产情况,最终选择TBS分选工艺。分选结果表明:TBS对+0.125mm粒度级煤泥分选效果较好,灰分为11.53%,产率为85.10%。In order to solve the production environment getting worse problems of the heave medium system occurred by the coal quality variation in the coal preparation plant, a plan to have more coarse slime separation systems was provided. Base on the comprehensive comparison on each separation features of the spiral separator, heavy medium cyclones and TBS, in a combination with the actual production conditions of the coal preparation plant, the TBS separation technique was finally selected. The separation results showed that the TBS would have good separation effect on the slime with a particle size of + O. 125mm, the ash content was 11.53% and the production rate was 85.10%.
