普鲁卡因青霉素结晶过程对成品粒度、抽针及混悬的影响研究

摘　　要：普鲁卡因青霉素为白色结晶性粉末,属于长效青霉素。适用于对青霉素高敏感的病原体所致的轻、中度感染,还可用于治疗钩端螺旋体病,回归热和早期梅毒。该文研究结晶液浓度、温度,搅拌速度,结晶时间,晶种加量对普鲁卡因青霉素结晶过程的影响,为普鲁卡因青霉素生产提供参考。Procaine benzylpenicillin is white crystallized powder,and belong to long-acting penicillin. Procaine benzylpenicillin is suitable for high sensitive to penicillin pathogen caused by the mild and moderate infection, also can be used in the treatment of leptospirosis, returning heat and early syphilis. This paper studies crystallization liquid concentration, temperature, stirring speed, the crystallization time, seed crystal and the effect on the crystallization process of procaine penicillin, providing reference for procaine penicillin production.
