摘  要:以滤棒压降变异系数指标为参考,在单因素试验基础上,运用四因素三水平响应曲面分析法,研究滤棒生产过程中滤棒成形工艺参数对吸阻变异系数的影响。结果表明,稳定辊压力、空气喷嘴压力、辊速比、螺纹辊压力对吸阻变异系数影响显著,并建立了二次回归方程模型,模型显著且有效;滤棒成形过程最佳工艺参数为稳定辊压力0.063 MPa,空气喷嘴压力0.16 MPa,辊速比1.26,螺纹辊压力0.196 MPa。该条件下,滤棒压降变异系数最低。In order to us the coefficient of variability of Pressure drop of filter rod as a indicators, based on the result of single factor study, four factors and three levels of response surface analysis in filter rod production process Pretreatment process Parameters are researched on the return permeability and the effect of optimum Parameter configuration.The result shows that, Pressure of Stabilizer roll, Pressure of Air Jet, Speed ratio between rolls, Pressure of Threaded roll,the establishment of two regression equations, significant and effective model, optimal production process are that, the Pressure of Stabilizer roll of 0.063MPa, the Pressure of Air Jet of 0.16MPa, the speed ratio between rolls of 1.26, the Pressure of Threaded roll of 0.196MPa.In this condition, the coefficient of variability of Pressure drop of filter rod is the hightest than others.
