摘 要:【目的】为甘薯立柱式无土育苗模式的推广提供科学依据。【方法】采用立柱式育苗和土床育苗方法,对比两种育苗方式下薯苗的生长性状。【结果】与土床育苗相比,金玉和苏薯8号两个品种在立柱式育苗下,其百苗重、同长度百苗重、叶片数、叶片横纵长度、苗长和茎粗方面均明显提高,特别是在前3次剪苗期,提高幅度更为明显。【结论】立柱式无土育苗在甘薯育苗中有较大的优势,值得推广应用。【Objective】The objective of the current study was to provide scientific references for the extension of sweetpotato column soilless raising seedling. 【Method】Growth characteristics of sweet potato seedling were investigated under two different raising seedling methods: column soilless raising and soil bed raising. 【Result】Compared to soil bed raising, the column soilless raising cultured seedlings of two varieties viz., “Jinyu” and “Sushu 8”, significantly improved the 100-seedling weight, 100-seedling weight in the same length, the number of leaves, transverse and longitudinal length of leaf, length and stem diameter, especially in three seedlings cuttings at early stage. 【Conclusion】The column soilless raising seedling was worth extending and applying in sweet potato seedling production.
