摘　　要：结合用电信息采集等自动化系统建设和应用,采集客户一次侧、二次侧用电负荷及用电量等信息,通过一次侧、二次侧用电负荷比对、分析,从而准确定位并查处窃电客户。Combining with development and application of automatic system of electric energy data collection, and collecting primary and secondary side＇ s electricity load and consumption data, as well as through comparing and ana- lyzing the electricity load, thus accurately locates and investigates the electricity stealing customer, it provides effec- tively technical method on electricity examination, line loss analysis, electricity stealing punishment, power leakage check and payment.
