摘  要:针对传统的基于球面显微成像的光纤连接器端面检测系统结构和像差的问题,将制作工艺日趋成熟的非球面模压玻璃透镜引入到检测系统中。介绍了非球面透镜设计的基本原理和非球面光学玻璃透镜模压成型的基本工艺,分别设计了球面透镜和非球面模压透镜检测系统,给出了系统的结构参数,评价了系统的成像质量。在系统分辨率相同的情况下,得到了结构简单、共轭距更短,有利于工程应用的非球面检测系统。给出了检测系统的机械结构图,并将非球面系统应用到实际生产和在线检测中,达到了设计的要求。The traditional system used to measure the characteristic of end face of optical fiber con- nector is based on the spherical microscopic imaging principle to work. Aiming at the problem of structure and aberration, aspheric lens are introduced into this system to optimize the problem. The basic principle of the design of aspheric lens and the basic technology of die forming of aspheric opti- cal glass lens are introduced. The detection systems based on both spherical lens and aspheric lens are designed. The parameters of each system are presented. The detailed evaluations of image quality of each system are summarized. Under the same system resolution, the detection system which has simple structure and shorter conjugate distance is conducive to the application for engineering. The mechanical structure diagrams of the detection system are proposed. The aspheric system which is ap- plied to the actual production and test has reached the design requirements.
