农村居民点用地集约利用评价——以宜春市为例

摘　　要：通过集约利用模型的构建与分析,以宜春市为例,探讨农村居民点用地集约利用评价方法。研究结果表明:1996-1999年,宜春市农村居民点用地集约利用综合指数处于快速上升的状态;1999-2002年,宜春市农村居民点用地集约利用综合指数处于相对平稳状态稳步上升;2002-2005年,宜春市农村居民点用地集约利用综合指数稳步上升;2005-2006年,农村居民点用地集约利用综合指数在整个发展过程中属于短暂下降;2006-2008年,农村居民点用地集约利用综合指数呈现持续快速上升的趋势。The model results show that, the land intensified utilization ot rural settlements anti eco- nomic development of had the coupling relationship and evolved in phase, having experienced break - in development, benign development, coordinated development and uncoordinated development sta- ges. The relationship of them evolved from break-in development stage to benign development stage quickly, then arrived at coordinate development stage, strengthening the coordination effects gradual- ly,and the land intensified utilization and economy are in accelerating development state in 1996 - 1999 ,from coordinated development stage to uncoordinated development stage in 1999 -2000 ,unco- ordinated development stage in 2000 -2008. During the 2000 -2008 period, economy continued to accelerate developing, but the land intensified utilization of rural settlements rose fluctuated, abating the coupling effect, and its outstanding performance was that the speed gap between land intensified utilization of rural settlements and economic development widen gradually.
