摘  要:样品用王水溶解,1︰1盐酸提取,电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中微量银,建立了岩石、土壤、水系沉积物中的微量银的分析方法,讨论了雾化压力对银测定的影响,着重解决了ICP-MS测定银时干扰因素的校准方法,此法可较好的满足地质样品中微量银的分析。其具有简单、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高等优点。方法的检出限0.01×10-6,回收率97.06%~101.9%,相对标准偏差1.06%~5.68%。The samples were dissolved by aqua regia, and extracted by 1:1 hydrochloric acid, then ICP-MS was applied to detect Ag content in the samples. In this paper, the analysis method of trace Ag in the samples of rooks, soils, stream sediments was established. Effect of atomizing pressure on determining Ag was discussed. The calibration method of interference factors in determining Ag by ICP-MS was put forward. This method can meet the requirements of analyzing trace Ag in geological samples. The results show that the method is simple and rapid, and has low detection limit and high sensitivity. The method detection limit is 0.01 × 10^-6 ,the recovery is 97.06%-101.9%, the variation coefficient RSD is 1.06%-5.68%.
