摘　　要：未成年人犯罪问题已经成为当代中国社会管理的重点治理对象。因对犯罪人社会背景的调查充分证明,未成年犯罪人转化为成年犯罪人的几率远远高于一般社会公民,所以,对其犯罪诱因的分析与探究,便成为理论界研究此课题的重中之重。而在引发未成年人犯罪的诸多诱因中,不良心理是诱发其实施失范行为的根本原因。本文试图从犯罪心理角度剖析未成年人犯罪的心理原因。Juvenile delinquency has become a problem in contemporary Chinese social management. Through sufficient investigations on the social background of the criminals, it is proved that the probability of juvenile criminals turning into adult criminals is much higher than that of ordinary citizens, so the research on their crime causes has become the most important topic in theoretical studies. But in the incentives that lead juvenile delinquency, bad psychology is the root inducing the implementation of abnormal behaviors. This paper attempts to analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency from the perspective of psychology.
