摘　　要：现有工程训练课程往往以单机训练及工艺训练为主,各个训练科目独立运行无联系,与企业生产实际不符。借鉴CDIO工程教育模式,提出了接近企业生产实际的工程训练体系,研究探索一种适应现代卓越工程师培养的工程训练方法。The existing engineering training courses tend to the single machine training and technology training, each training subjects are independently without organic connect, different with the actually enterprise production. The paper based on CDIO engineering education model, put forward to a close to the enterprise production engineering training system, research and explore a modem engineering training method of the outstanding engineers training.
