发达国家公益信托发展经验对我国公益信托发展的启示

摘　　要：公益信托在我国虽然已有十多年的发展时间,但由于相关法律制度不健全、监管不利等诸多原因,在助力公益事业上并没有发挥其应有的作用。而该制度因具有利于财产的保值增值、设计灵活、管理科学等诸多的优势,在英国、美国、日本等国家都得到了很好的发展。我们可以通过研究发达国家公益信托的发展模式,从中吸取经验,以促进我国公益信托的发展。The charitable trust in the development of China of legal system,absence of supervision system, and many has nearly decade＇s time. Due to the imperfection other reasons, it did not play its proper role in power of public welfare establishments. But the system itself has advantages in terms of value retaining and increment, flexible operation, scientific management and has a very good development in the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and other countries. Through researching Charitable Trust development model in developed countries and learning from them, we can promote the development of charitable trust in China.
