摘　　要：人才培养是高校的中心工作,人才培养模式则是高校教学工作的顶层设计,是影响人才培养质量的关键。郑州轻工业学院作为一所行业特色地方高校,在人才培养过程中逐渐形成了"工程应用+实践+卓越"(即"一基两点")的创新型人才培养模式,立足行业,彰显优势学科专业特色;抢抓机遇,打造实践教学创新平台;多管齐下,提高师资队伍建设水平。Cultivation of talents is considered as the main task of universities and colleges,and its model is the top design of our teaching work,which plays a key role in the quality of talents cultivation.Zhengzhou University of Light Industry,a local university with special industry characteristics,has built its own talents cultivation model.The model contains ＂engineering application＋practice＋excellence＂ and is known as the ＂one foundation,two points＂ model.The university keeps showing the advantages of some influential majors by offering service to light industry.What’s more,it also grasped the opportunities and built some innovative and creative teaching platforms.Most importantly,it has optimized and reorganized the faculty in staff through various new ways.
