摘　　要：针对目前工业工程专业人才的培养目标与现代企业需求不匹配的情况,对工业工程专业的必修课质量管理与可靠性教学中存在的问题进行分析,提出基于现代企业质量工程师岗位角色工作过程的质量管理与可靠性课程体验式教学模式,努力使学生毕业后能成为一名合格的质量工程师,实现与现代企业的无缝对接。Based on the mismatch between the objectives of the course of industrial engineering and all demands of enterprises,this paper analysed the problems in one of the compulsory courses for industrial engineering professionals：Quality Management and Reliability. An experiencing teaching model for the Management and Reliability Course is presented in this paper according to the position role and job descriptions of quality management engineers in modem,aimed to help the students to become qualified engineers,and adapt themselves to their work in no time.
