摘　　要：对5M滚齿机进行技术改进,制造辅助卡盘,制定科学的加工方案,完成了约10 000 mm大齿轮的加工,取得了采用小机床加工大齿轮的攻关成果,为大型齿轮加工积累了经验。Improving the structure of the 5M gear hobbing, manufacturing auxiliary chuck, making scientific processing program, the processing of nearly 610 000 mm big gear was completed. It is realized the small machine tool can be used to machine big gear. Experience is accumulated for large gear processing.
