摘　　要：主要讨论卡车纵梁全自动生产过程中的物料跟踪方案。为了满足卡车纵梁全自动生产线柔性化生产的需要,在生产过程中需要对每一个纵梁进行唯一性标识。在分析不同标识方案的基础上选择了二维码的标识方案,并依据此方案进行软硬件的设计。The material tracking system in the truck beam automatic manufacturing line was discussed. To satisfy the need of flexible manufacture of the truck beam production, the beam should be identified with a unique mark. After comparing different marking systems, 2-dimensional bar code was chosen as the final scheme and the designs of hardware and software system were described.
