摘  要:目的优化南方红豆杉Taxus mairei(Lemee et Levl.)S.Y.Hu ex Liu枝叶中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响南方红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮提取率的主要因素(提取时间、料液比和乙醇体积分数)进行优化,建立影响因素与响应值之间的数学模型,确定最佳超声提取工艺。结果南方红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮最佳超声提取工艺为:液料比26.38(V/m),乙醇体积分数63.56%,提取时间55.61 min,提取2次,提取频率为59 kHz。结论采用响应面分析法对南方红豆杉中总黄酮的超声提取条件进行优化,该方法合理可靠,为生产工艺提供了理论依据。Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavones in the leaves and bran- ches of Taxus mairei (Lemee et Levl. ) S.Y. Hu ex Liu. Methods Based on the single factor experiment, the main elements (the extraction time, the ratio between liquid and solid, and the ethanol concentration) affecting the extrac- tion rate of total flavones in the leaves and branches of Taxus mairei ( Lemee et Levl. ) S. Y. Hu ex Liu were opti- mized by response surface analysis method, and the functional relationship between the response value and elements was established. Results The result of the experiment showed the optimum extraction condition as follow:26.38 times of water,63.56% ethanol, extracting 55.61 minutes by 59 kHz ultrasonic frequency for 2 times. Conclusion It is feasible and reliable to optimize the conditions of extracting the total flavones in Taxus mairei ( Lemee et Levl. ) S. Y. Hu ex Liu by response surface analysis method, which lays the theoretical foundation to its production process.
