摘  要:目的观察康复新液对吸入性损伤呼吸道创面愈合的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。对照组常规用雾化液(生理盐水10ml+庆大霉素8万U+地塞米松2mg+α-糜蛋白酶4000U混匀)超声雾化吸入;治疗组用康复新液10ml加入常规雾化液中超声雾化吸入。入院后开始用药,至气道黏膜愈合为止。以纤维支气管镜检查两组患者的气道分泌物及气道黏膜修复情况,并进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,治疗组气道黏膜修复提早(P<0.01),气道狭窄发生率减少(P<0.05)。结论康复新液雾化吸入可促进吸入性损伤气道黏膜的修复,缩短气道黏膜愈合时间,降低气道狭窄发生率。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin solution on wound healing of inhalation injury in respiratory tract. Methods Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group, each with 32 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhala- tion of routine atomized liquid (10 ml saline+gentamycin 80000 unit+dexamethasone 2 mg+α- chymotrypsin 4 000 units), while those in the treatment group received 10 ml Kangfuxin solution based on the treatment of the control group. The treatment began after admission, until the healing of airway mucosal. Airway mucosa and airway secre- tions were detected by fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Results Compared with the control group, the airway mucosal in the treatment group was repaired significantly earlier (P〈0.01), and the incidence of airway stenosis was significantly low- er (P〈0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin solution can contribute to the repair of airway mucosa of inhalation injury, re- duce the healing time of airway mucosal, and lower the incidence of airway stenosis.
