摘　　要：考察了7万t/a硫磺回收装置采用Linde/BOC的SURE富氧工艺后Claus单元的操作工况、装置能耗、烟气质量、硫磺成本的变化情况,并根据变化对操作条件进行了相应的调整。结果表明,装置试运行情况良好,达到了扩能的目的,使产能扩大为10万t/a。The variation status of the operating conditions of Clause unit, the energy consumption, the quality of flue gases, and the cost of sulfur using Linde/BOC oxygen enrichment technology in the 70 kt/a sulfur recovery unit is investigated. The operation con- ditions are adjusted according to those changes. The results show that the test run status is successful to achieve the goal of expanding the capacity to 100 kt/a.
