摘 要:以粉煤灰为主要原料制备聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂,通过正交实验考察了原料的最佳配比,并对待处理污水的pH值进行了研究。结果表明,助溶剂碳酸钠与粉煤灰物质的量比0.2时,其对粉煤灰中铝、铁的浸出率影响最大;在焙烧温度860℃、酸浸温度105℃、盐酸质量分数30%、溶出时间1.5 h的条件下生产的产品,其絮凝效果最好,对生活废水的COD、色度和浊度的去除率分别为78.32%,80.78%,67.74%。在与聚合氯化铝、聚合氯化铁的对比实验中,聚硅酸铝铁的絮凝性能更佳。The poly aluminum silicate iron flocculating agent is prepared with the fly ash as the main raw material. The optimum proportion of raw materials is investigated through the orthogonal experiment, and the pH value of the to-be treated wastewater is stud- ied. The results show that when the molar ratio of the sodium carbonate cosolvent to the fly ash is 0.2, the influence on the leaching rate of the aluminum and iron in the fly ash is most. The flocculation effect of the product is the best under the conditions that the roast- ing temperature is 860℃, the acid dipping temperature is 110 ℃, the hydrochloric acid mass fraction is 30%, and the dissolve out time is 1.5 h. The removal rate of COD, chromaticity and turbidity of the life wastewater treated by the product are 78.32%, 80. 78%, 67.74% , respectively. The flocculation performance of poly aluminum silicate iron is superior to that of polyaluminium chlo- ride and polymeric ferric chloride in the contrast experiments.
