摘  要:目的用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地花生壳中二氢槲皮素含量。方法采用了高效液相色谱法测定二氢槲皮素的含量,菲罗门ODS(250mm×4.6mm,4μm);流动相为甲醇:1%醋酸水溶液=40:60;流速1ml.min-1;检测波长240nm。结果在选定色谱条件下二氢槲皮素在4.75~23.75μg之间线性关系良好,样品加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.69%(n=5)。结论该方法准确、可靠,可以为花生壳质量控制提供科学依据。Objective The method of determination dihydroquercetin in peanut hull by RP-HPLC was established in this thesis. Methods HPLC method for determination was established. Phenomenon ODS 150 x 4.6 (column size) was used with acetic acid-water (40:60) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1, the detection wavelength was at 240 nm. Results On this condition,the linear range of Geniposide was from 4.75 to 23.75μg, the average recovery rate was 99.2 % , RSD1.69 % ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,and provides scientific foundation for the quality con- trol of peanut hull.
