摘  要:在常压的反应锅内,通过一定的工艺生产方法,在水介质的状态下,由硬脂酸与氢氧化钙直接一步法合成硬脂酸钙产品。生产试验表明,反应速度受反应的氢氧化钙的纯度与细度、反应的固液比等因素的一定影响。工艺条件:油水比:1∶8,氢氧化钙的纯度与细度:96%以上、120目,反应温度:60~65℃,反应时间:150 min左右。生产设备:可沿用复分解二步法的设备,需局部的增改。新工艺特点:生产工艺简单,不产生废水,生产成本低。The calcium stearate product was synthesized directly by one - step of stearic acid and calcium hydroxide in the state of aqueous medium in the ordinary pressure reaction pot by certain production precess. The producing experi- ment showed that the reaction speed was affected by factors like the purity and fineness of calcium hydroxide and the solid - to - liquid ratio of the reaction. The process conditions were 1 to 8 of the oil - water ratio, 120 mesh and over 98% of the purity and fineness of calcium hydroxide, between 60 to 65 degree of the reaction temperature, and about 150 min of the reaction time. The equipments for double decomposition can be used, with partial alteration and addition. The new procedure possessed the features of simple manufacturing process, free from waste water and low production cost.
